Project Background

A prestigious regional soccer league tournament was about to grandly kick off at a major Grade-A sports stadium located in a key economic hub of Northeast China. As a landmark sports venue in the region, the stadium bears a crucial mission to showcase the city's modern image. However, prolonged exposure to outdoor elements had left the extensive glass curtain walls heavily accumulated with dust and stubborn stains, severely impacting the venue’s overall visual appeal.

On the eve of the opening ceremony, AEROBRIGHT was invited to perform an emergency exterior wall cleaning operation, ensuring the stadium would welcome visitors from all over the world with a pristine and completely refreshed look.

·       Tight Timeline: With only 2 days left before the opening ceremony, a massive surface area of 6,000 square meters had to be thoroughly cleaned within a highly constrained timeframe.

·       High-Altitude Risks: The stadium’s glass curtain wall has a massive horizontal span. Traditional manual cleaning relies heavily on aerial work platforms (boom lifts), which suffer from low efficiency and high safety risks.

·       Strict Quality Standards: As an iconic landmark building, the final cleaning results had to meet showroom-level, top-tier aesthetic standards.

·       Environmental Regulations: The project demanded eco-friendly cleaning agents to eliminate any negative impact on the surrounding urban environment.

Utilizing the Falcon X2G ground dispatch platform, the pilot can independently control water lines, switch modes, and manage all operations without an extra ground controller. A lean 2-person team can deliver the equivalent workload of a traditional 7-person team.
